Hi there, I’m Heather of Heathered- traveler, musician, and tragically seasick ocean-lover. Everything is handmade in my San Francisco studio from vintage materials that would otherwise end up in landfills- 1930s-40s SF Call Bulletin newspapers, maps, sent postcards, outdated airline manuals, cookbooks, MUNI Fast Passes and scraps of fabric.

My art crafts reflect my travels in dreams and reality and I hope to share some adventures with you. Ocean tides, snowy peaks, and lanes of sakura trees in spring inspire my work.
I’m currently living in the woods near the Pacific Ocean in San Francisco and my works reflect these natural surroundings and visions from journeys in the pacific ring of fire.
